Grades 1-5 Application for Admission

The submission of a completed application form (including General Information and Parent Questionnaire) and the $90 application fee begins the admission process.  Following the receipt of the application and fee, we will contact you to schedule your child's classroom visit.  Applications must be received by January 15th for first round consideration.  All other materials are due by March 1st.

Within five business days of submitting your application and fee, you will have access to a checklist, by logging back in to the application form, that will allow you to see all information that has been submitted and received.
